  So disappointed in this brand new jewel in St John! Shopped for the first time since the Dyer jewel never has anything...neither did the St john store, 4 out of 10 items out of stock! Why can't they tell you while your ordering online, now I'm stuck with half of my ingredients gor dinner. Please improve your online ordering! Going to Stracks now.

  Truly excited for this new grocery in St. John, only to be disappointed. Picked up yogurt after yogurt - all expired anywhere from 1 to 15 days...15 days!!!!! Same with guacamole. I left with milk, bread, kleenex & ginger ale - skipped rest of my list. Cashier a crab, complaining about too many hours and that the store is too big. Back to driving to Meijer in Highland.

  So far, so good. The store is nice and new and we found some good sales. We also enjoyed their selection of pre-made meals in the deli area. They have been coming in handy while my husband recovers from a injury. So far we are saving money going here instead of pricey Strack's.

  Craving sweets. Went in to the NEW Jewel store in St John tonight. Tried many times in the last two weeks but could not find parking! The bakery was beautiful, everything looked awesome. Got my cherry pie home. It was raw mush! The filling was fine, but the crust was raw mush. Either they over stocked their shelves for the initial sale and are selling old pies, or they don’t know how to make pie crust. Back to Bakers Squate!

  My family and I were speechless this afternoon at your newly opened store in St John IN. Bringing the grandchildren to pick out the largest carving pumpkin was a total disappointment. After witnessing a grown man throwing pumpkins into other boxes as if they were basketballs. After telling him that all the stems are being broke off by you throwing them, his rudeness reply was what do you expect for $.99. Upon our way back into the store to try to find a store director, he about ran over my senior Mother with his pallet jack. She stated to go on, you must be in a bigger hurry throwing pumpkins, his reply at this time was I am. After finding out from Amy that Mike was not in today. Sheila the district manager and boss over this man was on a conference call. We had stated we will wait and was told it will probably be greater than a hour, I will take your name and number down and repeating back to me for accuracy. It is now 3:30 in the afternoon and I have not heard back from her. I just called your store and only to be more disappointed to find out she had left the store for the day. Only to find out your store has had multiple complaints with this obnoxious rude man.
