Me and my wife went through the drive through and I ordered a large classinc roast beef sandwich meal and the lady that took my order put down medium instead of large and handed us a medium drink and I told her i said i wanted a large. She was snotty and told us to pull up by the door to wait for our food and when she came out she kinda handed our bag in bad mood. We won't be going back their anymore if the employees are like that to the customers.

Very rude. Got my order wrong, and the manager was very rude. Overcharged me and ahe got an attitude about giving me my money back.

Asked tyler for refund git a reprint receipt no refund and he told me if i can do better i can apply charged 2705 and got no food

My food was hot, fresh and delicious!
The restaurant was very clean and inviting.

Sad, greedy corporate America. The app that offers BOGO doesn't work so I pay $6.49 extra for a sandwich. Then, when I pay $17 on two sandwiches (disgustingly high) and I'm told by management that I can only get 1 Horsey sauce per sandwich. Ridiculous!!?!! I'll NEVER EVER go back. The store screws the customer on price and then won't even get me have two sauces per sandwich. I understand though; I have a choice. My choice for the future is to never go back and share my experience concerning the cheap behavior of the owner of St John Arby's. The girl at the window was just broken from all the negative responses from customers. Great decision! You've lost a dedicated customer, destroyed employee moral, and failing customer satisfaction over an extra horse sauce.
