  Pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:37 pm. When arrived there they said it will be ready in 5-7 minutes. 5-7 minutes go by and no pizza. At 8:55 pm they said it will be 2-3 minutes they are putting it in a box. At 9:12 pm still no pizza. I ask for a refund at that point. That takes 11 minutes. Then they ask if I still want a pizza. I ask how long that would take. They say 15 minutes more. I leave without a pizza. We will see if the refund goes through. I am not holding my breathe on that one. This is why Pizza Hut is struggling to survive because of poor customer service.

  They don't seal/tape delivery food. A delivery driver ate part of my food (my wings and breast sticks, but not the pizza.) I made a complaint to both door dash and pizza hut and was told I'd get a charge back for part of my order. Months later, still never got any of my money back

  Nobody seems to be able to hear the phone ringing in this location.. I’ve called 5 times back to back and the phone just rung and rung then eventually hung up… get it together

  After our order was stolen by a delivery driver, Lisa and Erin stepped up and made sure that our order was prepped and sent out to us. That you so much for your amazing attitudes and customer service. Pizza Hut is lucky to have two stellar employees like them.

  I ordered my meal online and it allowed me to schedule delivery for 10pm. I kept rechecking and re checking the updates on it process and it was stuck on preparing, 10:57pm rolls around still the same. The refunded my order but decide a call wasn't worth their time or they just decided they weren't going to do it. So at 11pm I then had to figure out an alternative dinner plan.. this is honestly just sad. One simple phone call could of cleared all of this up instead of me waiting all night to receive nothing!!! We always ordered from 10th street location before they closed but we thought we would give this one a chance and the failed miserably and I doubt ill ever order from there again
