  The sandwich was terrible no meat. I had a lettuce and tomato sandwich. I paid for a country club two pieces of ham two pieces of turkey. That’s not a sandwich and the manager was rude when I called to address my issue Subway or Potbelly’s goodbye Jersey Mike.

  Placed an order at 7:30. About an hour later it stopped showing up in the tracker. No call, nothing. This place doesn't want your money.

  I would come here often but service has gone way down hill. My final issue was simple. I bought a sandwich. They asked if I want cheese. I said NO I'm lactose intolerant. I got cheese they charged me for it. I didn't taste cheese but I was in pain. I went in the next time and told them I'd be happy with a 2 dollar discount because of the cheese issue. They acted like I was joking. When a customer has an issue, make it right. 2 dollars and I don't want to come back. I would have been happy with a free drink or chips. There are other places. I'm sorry 2 dollars was all it took to get rid of my business.
