  Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The outside had garbage strewn everywhere. The staff was nice and the kitchen messed up the order a few times. It was better than to restaurant across the street we were going to go to first.

  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. We chose to sit and eat at the bar, and our bartender was also serving us as our main server. While she appeared to be trying her best, it was clear she was extremely overwhelmed and did not have enough support from management or staff. The restaurant itself felt very disorganized, and the cleanliness standards did not meet expectations. There also seemed to be little to no management presence during our visit, which made the environment feel unstructured and poorly supervised. The biggest issue was the wait time. Despite sitting directly at the bar, it still took over an hour for our food to arrive. Throughout the visit, our bartender/server seemed stretched too thin and appeared to forget about us multiple times while juggling several responsibilities at once. It honestly felt like one employee was expected to handle far more than they reasonably should. When the food finally arrived, it was dry, lacked freshness, and did not feel worth the long wait. The combination of poor food quality, excessive delays, lack of organization, and minimal management involvement made the experience frustrating from start to finish. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend this location unless there are major improvements in staffing, management oversight, cleanliness, and overall food quality.

  Terrible service. The hosted site us down at our table, we waiter 15 minues and no one came to attend to us. the waitress came over to check on the table behind us; she just looked at us and walked away. They didn't even take our drink order.

  I've been coming to this location since they moved from 25th. Its really went downhill the past several years. I tried ordering online tonight but was having problems so I tried calling it in starting at 11:15pm with no answer. I decided to just drive the 3 blocks from my work and place the order in person(I called 2 more times on the way STILL no answer). I walked in the door there was maybe 10 people in the area. I told the young lady behind the counter I wanted to place a carryout order. She told me she had to check to see if it was OK. By now its 11:32. She said "im sorry but its too late". They don't close until midnight. I told her that I had been calling and calling with no answer and even called the restaurant with her standing there. I could hear the phone ranging in still no one answered. She then tells me, I don't think we do calls anymore What the hell? Are you serious? Looks like Wingstop will be getting my business that you don't want from now on.
