    So this place is so hit and miss. Had issues when I first went there. But then they are ok at times. I like the smoothies but the customer service is horrible. Today is the final straw. My wife and I both placed orders. Wanted to take advantage of the buy a bowl, get a free smoothie. Our online orders were supposed to be ready at 12:17 & 12:18. At about 12:37 and seeing cars rolling through the drive through and them making orders for people who just came in and ordered. I asked about our order. The girl said, I can make those now. Umm what? Was she not making them until we ask or now skipping someone? Well she then went to take an order at the drive through, take an order at the counter and make a drink for drive through. 10mins later we still don’t have our orders that we paid for and can’t cancel online the app. I told her to cancel them. But honestly I’m guessing she’s not gonna get that handled. So I’m going g to file with my bank and the bbb. Guess I’m done trying with this place. Oh I did t mention the time I grabbed my order and told the girl. Have a nice day. She looked over and then turned and walked away. There’s a reason I stopped adding a tip here.

    I ordered online, it still wasn’t ready 45 minutes later, as we watched the very slow moving employees make many orders that came in after my order, drive thru and counter. When we asked about our order, she said “oh I’ll make it right now I’m sorry”. She then went on to make drive thru orders for the next 10 minutes. We never did get the order, and left.

    Been here for 15 minutes. No one in line and still have not been asked for my order, have not been spoken to have not been acknowledged. “What you permit you promote”

    Wow, I was skeptical but after one visit a great sandwich and a super amazing smoothie I'm hooked. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. The service was quick, everything was clean and the employees were very polite and helpful.

    The food was barely warm, smoothie had no taste, and they left out part of my order, and didn't give a receipt. I called when I got home, to tell them I was missing part of the order along with the receipt, the lady said “come back and get it.” I did, there was no apology, no offer to remake the missing item, no anything. Just handed it out the drive-thru window and that was it. This was the 3rd time I’ve had issues at the Ireland Road location. I’m done with this one.
