(and i love taco bell) waiting damn near 20 minutes (there were 3 cars ahead of me) for food that tasted like the kitchen staff made it with no love or care is crazy. someone in that kitchen needs a spanking. this taco bell used to be so good back in the way. so sad what it has become. its gone downhill.

Told me I had to come in when I just went through the drive thru never had this issue before. Proceeded to just give me a death stare and when I said thank you after they gave me the rest of my order. I overheard them talking about me like I was the problem. Never going to this Taco Bell again. Used to be good but now it’s been terrible. You would be better off going to the gas station to get food.
