  Came for a small birthday party, ordered pastas and one pizza, pastas came out in a normal time, an hour later we were still waiting for the pizza. When we asked we were told that the carry out/pick up orders get put ahead of ours so they were waiting on that. Wow. So we paid for the food we did get, and left. Without 4 people eating. I will add that there was only one other person in the restaurant besides our table. When we left there were a hand full of tables filled just in the one of the two rooms. Not nearly busy enough to wait over an hour for a pizza and then have to leave.

  Posted 7/31/26 Enjoyed having lunch today with my brother, Dale Cole and our old friend, Jason. I haven’t eaten at Polito’s in a long time and I ordered my favorite meal there, a calzone with mozzarella cheese, pineapple and ham. They were out of pineapple and were kind enough to send an employee across Hickory Rd. to the Kroger store to buy some for my order. Thank you to the Polito's Pizzeria staff for providing excellent food and service today. I really appreciate the extra effort and loved every bite of my calzone!

  Our first time and our last. We ordered lasagna and it was right. Burger under the cheese was bare as in not mixed with any sauce. The pizza didn't have a desirable taste. The salad bar was a nice option however the lettuce bowl was nearly empty. The restaurant only had one other couple in it. Sending food back is never good. Not mad just sharing my exspirance. The Pepsi was good.
