Service was amazing, Heidi was a great server she made sure everyone had drinks and food was sorted out. Overall just a great and engaging server!! The food was fenominal as usual the breadsticks and pasta are well beyond worth it!

We've gone to Polito's for decades. They've managed to keep up the same quality and taste all those years. We ordered breads ticks with special instructions for one to be dry since I have a garlic sensitivity and they were more than happy to comply. It's rare to find a place with that kind of decades long consistency, and even better when they take dietary needs seriously without missing a beat. Having a reliable spot that gets the simple things right and handles a garlic sensitivity without hassle makes a huge difference.

I used to love this place. I haven't had it in a few years, so I'm guessing they've changed their recipes. I ordered the Italian sub. It was basically all bread, lettuce, and a few tiny pieces of ham. Also ordered a slice of the stuffed veggie pizza. This was the biggest disappointment by far! It was literally bread and spinach. And most of it was bread. It's easy to say I will never return. I ordered through DoorDash because if I would've ordered in the store, I would've immediately returned the food. The best thing about the entire meal was the prepackaged Italian dressing that came with the sandwich. This actually makes me very sad.

Thank you Politos. Please support this business. We ordered DoorDash from here and our dasher stole our food. We called the restaurant many times tonight and the woman in the phone was very nice to us, considering we were probably annoying. They stayed open late to complete our order again for us and refunded part of it, even though the issue was not their fault. The food is excellent too.
