- SGSaraii GomezApr 15, 20261.0Went in the other day, April 2026. I had ordered the 9.99$ large 3 topping deal and some cinnamon breadsticks. I paid 10.17$ mind you the breadsticks were free due to points I redeemed through the app. Starting off the store was busy, okay cool I can wait a few more minutes after stating my order would be ready in about 15-20 minutes, but a whole hour and so minutes passed and still wasn’t ready. I kept asking the man in the front which I would call gentleman but how he handled the food, treated the customers, and answered the phones (due to customer having issues with their order stating it was the wrong order given), was not acceptable. Throwing the phone around due to calls back to back, talking under his breathe, and overall not good customer service. Anywho, the next day came around and realized I got charged 13$ and some change mind you my order was 10.17$ so they tipped themselves $3 or so dollars!??!! I tried calling to get an explanation but no answer after plenty of times calling. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS FOLLOWING DAY! Unacceptable who knows how many people they’ve done this too.

I tried calling the driver but the phone kept disconnecting me. So I text him, and got no response. I tried calling this store for 15 minutes straight waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Then I called and got ahold of corporate. They said they could connect me to the manager directly. No answer! Absolutely disgusted with this place.
