  Manager on schedule: Jessica Came here to get my sister an afterschool snack (chicken nuggets) drove all the ways home to find she got a box of mayo. I called and they want me to come all the ways back with my receipt (that I never received) manager was unhelpful, short and didn’t seem like she really knew what to do.   Don't use cash. They will short you and make you feel like you're the problem. Never got my cash back as they were short staffed and couldn't resolve the issue. 👍

  Idk why I can never get decent food here. I get screwed every time. Greasy, limp, under cooked fries. burgers that have the diced onions, mustard and ketchup all over the outer part of the bun. and nuggets dry like sawdust. I forget after a year of avoiding it then I screw myself again. Do yourselves a favor and just go to the one up in niles. Hopefully this gets replaced with something atleast neutral on quality.

  Dirty, sticky floors: fries and trash all in the entry way and of the eating floor, sticky floors when you walk and a coating of old spilled drinks you can feel through your shoes: Ugly looks from employees for ordering food, and waiting for it! Took 30 minutes to get my food!
