  Before I left a review, I had to read the reviews and they are all absolutely correct. There was 1 car ahead of me and it took 10 minutes before that car moved. No one was ahead of that car nor in the restaurant. We left as we had an event to get to. On the way back to the hotel we stopped again. No one in the restaurant no one in drive thru. Sat for 2 minutes at the intercom. I ordered a double cheese burger combo and was told they don't have that as a combo and would have to charge it all separately. I said sure, proceeded with my order and he asked if I could repeat what I ordered. So I did they said they would have my total at the window the gentlemen at the window said to another co worker they didn't even ring in my order and ran off with me at the window. I just drove off. I am not sure how many people need to leave bad reviews until this location behavior is changed.

  I made a mobile order, tried going inside to pick it up at 9:48, and was turned away and told the lobby was closed and that I would have to go through the drive thru, despite the sign saying the lobby doesn't close until 10 and me not having a car because I walked there... Because, you know... It's in a walkable part of town. I walked up to the window and was told I needed to leave, and that they would not give me my food through the window because they're not "accepting walkthroughs". I asked him to just hand me the food, and I was told to cancel the order (that was already made and in a bag). I now have to wait up to a week to get my money back because they didn't want to just... HAND me the food that they ALREADY made and placed in a bag. Needless to say the people here are equally useless as they are rude.

  This is the slowest McDonald's in my life. You pull up to the drive thru and wait 20 minutes to even order. Let alone the attitude they give your for ordering like they mad they have to do something. It started when the one guy isn't working. I guess I'll be going to the McDonald's across town for my morning and any other time.

  Granted I went at 2:15am, fries were not salted and I never received my shamrock shake.
