    My wife and I ordered a to go order this morning. The #14 is supposed to have turkey and roast beef. When we picked it up and got home we found out it had ham and roast beef. I called the store and asked the workers to get my sandwich remade because my wife doesn't like ham. They said sure and so on and so on so told me when I got there to pull up in the drive thru lane and when I pulled up they said in a rude ass manner "well can I just get the sandwich that we messed up back to check if it really is or not" I said no I left it at home and I was thinking I had to waste my time and gas to drive all the way over there to fix their mistake so why would I give them their sandwich back. Free lunch at work for me i really dont care. He then said "make sure if you ever have a problem like this again to bring the sandwich back." The fact that theyre trying to get food back through the window is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION because if you were to spit in that sandwich and pass it thru the window and then someone checks it, youre then opening and examining it on a surface that is supposed to be food safe and free of outside bacteria and infecting everyone elses food. Idk about you guys but I dont like getting food born illnesses. Ill even post the picture of the two. The bottom one, is a #14 with ham on it. The top one, is a correct #14 with turkey, make sure to show the workers so they know how to make it right.

    DO NOT let Uber Eats do your delivery, unless you want to buy it twice. Store employees confirmed Uber Eats picked up my sandwich but I never got it. That’s the reason for 3 stars. Have the store deliver your sandwich

    I’ve never been to this place by drive-thru before, but I was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick, and the food was good. If you’re not in the mood to order on your phone but still want a sandwich in your pajamas, I’d suggest giving the drive-thru a try here.

    Needs to be more washing of hands . Walked in ordered , watched employee go from one station to the next no hand washing . Wiped his face , didnt wash hands . I am looking at this sub that I wont eat because I took all those classes and know there is cross contamination in there... 😒
