  Ordered via the app one day for lunch while I was working. I come in, no one started my order. A girl who was wearing blue gloves, texting someone on her phone and just ignored me. With her AirPods. The girl went to the back and came back up front and started to clean using the same gloves. Never once changed them out for clean ones. Gross

  I am a fan of this JJ's. I wish that other establishments would adopt the "unwich" concept for those who are opting for less bread. Their bread/sandwiches remind me of the ones I used to order Huntington, Long Island, NY deli when I was in high school (1970's). A big fan of the kosher dill pickles - again a healthier alternative to chips.

  Good dependable sandwich. I know what I’m going to get and it tastes great. Order ahead takeout is very dependable.

  Great after-work lunch! I walked here from ND and got it and had lunch in front of the stadium. It was a nice June day with the sun shining. The service was quick and the restaurant was busy and ordering was a breeze. I highly recommend this Jimmy John's to anyone who wants quick service and quality food.

  When ND is out of school, this location is spectacularly freaky fast. It’s always professional and working at max capacity. If you’re expecting quick delivery next to a campus of 15,000 people of which at least half are kids who can’t have cars next to dorms, be realistic. I have never seen a student from across the street sign up to run bicycle deliveries for this location into campus, the root of that can be interpreted different ways - just be cognizant the labor pool they have to pull from usually needs a car to get there.
