  The restaurant was posted as open until 11pm. We got there to pick up our pizza at 8:50. We got there 10 minutes before the pizza was supposed to be done. And it was cold. We only live a block away so it didn’t get cold in the car. The doors were locked, and people were standing around in the parking lot trying to figure out what was going on. I finally found an employee that was emptying out trash in the parking lot. He said that they would bring the food to the car. He asked If we had an order number, then I said no ,it was automated and they just told us the price. To the employees favor he actually did go in and bring out our pizza almost immediately. The one employee gave good customer service. I think they’re a new place and not very well organized. It was also a weekend. I hope they get it together because their pizza was decent..

  Got 2 pizzas, breadsticks, meatball order, and the oreo sticks. Got pick up order and said wait time was about an hour. When food got home every thing was hot or warm but my medium pizza that was cold. Live less then 2 miles away. Meatballs were good but had some burnt. Breadsticks were nice with the garlic sauce. My cold pinapple pizza had one side that was mushy but other side was done and good. The large pizza was good and hot still when got home. They put good amount of ingridents on pizzas for price.

  Wouldn’t bother wasting your time visiting this location. Placed an order over an hour in advance, still sat in line for pickup for almost 40 minutes just to be given the wrong food. When addressed with a manager I was told the items on my pizzas were in fact supposed to be on it. I had to pull up the menu to prove what goes on what I ordered. I Also expressed concern over the employees making the pizzas without gloves on and constantly rubbing on each other and touching other employees backs and heads and rubbing hands on their jeans and immediately going back to putting toppings on your pizza. (Yes you read that correctly- the young boys making pizzas tonight 9/5 are awfully touchy with one another)🤢 She seemed very unconcerned about that at all. While sitting in line for the 40 minutes it honestly looked like the whole restaurant was being run by a bunch of unsupervised teenagers who are just there to play around. I get having fun and laughing but when you are being paid to cook food for people and serve them orders a certain level of professionalism is expected. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.

  This place stinks! I ordered a pizza to be delivered. It was suppose to be 5:40 and it is now 7:30. No one answers and when they finally do I try to cancel because it’s going to be another hour and 30 min. The kid says he has to talk to his manager and hangs up on me. The poor driver has to wait to deliver so he gets paid unless he gets a cancellation notice. Never again! I will be ordering from Hall’s which I love and get it delivered in 30 minutes tops! I was trying to support a new business and that was my mistake that won’t happen again. I have never been treated like this before or had an issue with ordering a pizza! It’s not rocket science!

  Pizza is what we do at the Pizza Committee and, let me tell you for Franchise pizza in the Michiana Area this place slaps! I was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews by others but, ultimately understand this place is new and working out some wrinkles. Happy to report my meal didn't have any wrinkles just straight perfection. The crust is super thin, sauce is a bit sweet but feel that the smokey provolone cheese they use helps balance it out perfectly. I would say the amount of toppings are extremely generous as well for franchise pizza and, quality is as great as the service provided. Keep in mind this is franchise pizza this isn't John's on Blecker or Pepe's or Sal's its a unique Ohio type style pie that for franchise pie is better then any option I have had in Michiana Area.
