  I ordered in the app and was quoted a delivery window of 45 to 60 minutes. After 45 minutes, the tracker was still showing that the order was being made, so I tried to call the store; I waited on hold for 9 minutes before hanging up. I tried again at 62 minutes and did connect with someone at the store; she said she only had one delivery driver today and that he had two other runs to make before he'd pick up my order. I noted that my delivery window had already passed, and she says she doesn't have anything to do the with app. That doesn't seem right to me...if they can't stick to the delivery window, they should either adjust the quoted window when people order or they should simply not accept new orders. I gave her that feedback (I certainly could have kept it to myself...) and she hung up on me. They cancelled my order, but haven't yet refunded the rewards points I used....

  Not very personable... all orders on line if you want any kind of "deal" they need the zip code youre ordering in.... cool if you live there you probably know it... if not google it i guess ... it really felt like calling and ordering pizzas with 5 extra steps... food was decent and the actual human I interacted with was nice enough... the hassleish way you are forced to order was not enough to look elsewhere though

  Ordered delivery around 10:44pm. Tried calling the store roughly 4-5 times in a 70minute span, spending around an hour on hold. Did not ever hear from a single person. Attempted to contact through the website, the AI assistant, general customer support, nothing. It’s now an hour and a half later. Still haven’t heard anything, don’t know if my food is going to come or if it was even made. It’s a Thursday night and the only reason I’m still awake and waiting is I know if it does arrive I’ll be refused a refund. Absolutely abysmal service; I will not order from here again .

  I ordered through the app online. I waited for 45 minutes for them to tell us it would be another 55 minutes and they had not put the pizzas in the oven....although the app said 3 to 5 minutes. The app needs updating or they should make sure it accurate. That was terrible service.
