  I ordered an ultimate chocolate brownie royal and one of the workers hand it to me while the ice cream was dripping out the cup that’s real unprofessional and the service needs to be addressed

  They run a tight crew efficient and flawless they had my food out in 5 minutes, it was hot and delicious!

  i’m so annoyed with this place. there have been multiple occasions where i’ve ordered the same blizzard, a royal new york cheesecake, and it’s never tasted the same once. sometimes there’s no cheesecake, sometimes i get some blended pieces of cheesecake throughout, sometimes i get just two strawberries, and sometimes it’s great! the past two times i’ve came later in the night it was great. but tonight i’m just over coming to this location. i came around 7:30pm. i got a singular strawberry on top that i ate with some of the juice on top, went digging around for more to mix up. and there was none.. the whole point of this blizzard is the strawberries directly in the middle. i got one strawberry and maybe a teaspoon of the liquid from them. i’ve never had a problem anywhere else but this location. nobody gave us a receipt in the drive thru so i didn’t even bother trying. i’m really not one to complain but i just don’t understand why i pay $5+ for a blizzard if it can’t be made correctly. i don’t expect perfection it’s literally just a fast food/ice cream joint it’s no big deal. but seriously just annoying.

  3rd time in 3 months my daughter and I wait in a long line .. only to be told no bananas for banana split and no hot fudge for parfait ... 3 times at a dairy queen! .. its our sunday ritual .. guess need to find a different spot

  This place is severely under staffed. The lobby and drive thru was full. Only 1 person to ring up lobby customers and make, ice-cream, drinks, and bag food coming from kitchen. It took 30 minutes to get a blizzard and nit because she wasn't trying to get it all done. She was trying hard to accommodate people, but couldn't because with all those task she also had to handle online orders. I never saw a manager to jump in and help.
