- TOTina OutlawAug 22, 20261.0The gentleman that prepared my food did great, it was the host Molly that was disappointing. I ordered a Sofritas bowl, she charged me for chicken. Once I told her what I ordered the price went up. Plant based meat is more expensive than chicken???!!! She literally dropped my bowl in a bag and did not get my chips and drink. Which I asked for. My bottled drink she left so far from me I had to reach over the counter space to get it. I don’t find the space clean or deserving of the $20.90 that I spent.

The burrito wasn't wrapped properly and everything fell. Customer service was also horrible. Didn't even reply to anything just pointed at everything like robots and asked us what we wanted literally without talking. They even told us they would make the fajitas in 5 mins and then just didnt make it. Soda machine also didn't work. I guess the one positive was somewhat decent quality of food as well as a nicely maintained atmosphere. Didnt make up for any of it though, I've been to many Chipotle's, and this was by far the worst.
