I was so impressed with attentiveness that came from several cities away- what excellent customer care!

We waited an extra 20 minutes beyond the expected pickup time, which would have been acceptable if the food was actually worth the wait. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The chicken kebabs were served without the skewers, thrown into a bowl with lettuce that looked more like a sad attempt at a Taco Bell salad than something from an Indian restaurant. The chicken had a bright red appearance, but the flavor was completely missing. It tasted like it had never been introduced to seasoning. We ordered it “extra spicy,” but somehow the spice was nonexistent. The food was so unpleasant that I couldn’t finish it and had to go inside to get drinks—only to pay $8 for two drinks on top of an already disappointing meal. To make things worse, the service left a lot to be desired. The workers seemed uninterested and gave the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority. There was very little effort or care shown toward making the experience enjoyable. If you are thinking about coming here, I would strongly recommend choosing literally any other Indian restaurant. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant I have eaten at all year by far. If a zero-star rating was an option, it would be a serious consideration.
