  When we first walked this lady behind the counter was yelling at her coworker very rude and un professional then when we got our order she got it wrong and said oh my God I made a mistake again very rude and not professional at all needs to go back to school and learn some customer service techniques

  Everything was nice, hot and fresh, no long wait and had excellent service! Highly recommend the location for the best Arby's experience in northern Indiana. Was extra awesome bcz I was staying in the hotel across the street so I walked and they even took my order, with the lobby being closed. Excellent!

  Honestly this is the best Arby's it was super clean, the bathrooms were well taken care of, the staff was knowledgeable and kind. I have over 3 million views of my content and as a Trusted Traveler I can 💯 percent recommend this location.
