Then another 8-10 minutes sitting at the window waiting on my food. After all that, it was the most disappointing JJ sandwich I've ever had, and it was missing items from the sandwich.

Over the past six months, we’ve regularly waited 40–50 minutes for an order of just three sandwiches. On our most recent visit, we decided to dine in, and it became pretty clear why the wait times have been so long. There appeared to be six employees working, yet only one woman seemed to be moving with any sense of urgency. The overall pace was painfully slow, especially for a restaurant that built its reputation around being “freaky fast.” We’ve been repeat customers and would like to continue ordering here, but waiting nearly an hour for a few sandwiches simply isn’t reasonable. Hopefully management can address the staffing, organization, and sense of urgency at this location.
