  Lobby is closed, completely defeated purpose of ordering pick up, had to wait in huge drive thru line, subs not fast, not freaky, they do not answer their phone

  Staff was clueless to my order. They complained about having to work. My sandwiches sat in one spot while people would walk a by and read the ticket then walk away, this lasted probably 20min until I walked behind the counter and asked the kid who keeps playing with his hair if it had my name in the ticket. Then there is sooo much mayonnaise on the sandwich and it say so long it became soggy. My daughter and I opted to not eat vs eating the sandwiches I bought.

  They never answer the phone. Our company places large orders all the time but this is going to end of this issue is not taken care of

  Went through the drive thru ordered my two meals. They keep only filling my drinks half full. The fizz does not mean it’s filled up. This is the 2nd time JJ
