  This location is always so slow. Live in Shelbyville and work in Indy so we frequent this location. It is not uncommon to wait in the drive thru for 15+ minutes, nor is it uncommon for things to be incorrect in your order. But who has time to ask for it to be remade when you’re running late from sitting in line? Don’t recommend if you’re in a rush unless you order ahead. If you order ahead, I’d order 20 minutes early.

  I did an online order. And there was twenty two doughnuts that they didn't have, because they just didn't want to make. So I had to pick a bunch of random donuts....

  Stopped in for a brief minute to decimate the toilet here. Gotta say, the bathrooms are really nice and clean. The staff is also really kind and greeted me on my way in. Great environment.

  Quite literally the worst service of my life. Female who took out order spoke very flat and very under enthusiastic, which fine | get it some days are harder than others but when we pulled up to the window the female there did not say anything to us just took our card gave it back. I swear she didn't even make eye contact. Waited for about 15 minutes did not say anything about a wait nothing.
