  This was a $16 sandwich that was totally ruined, it was disgusting and had no resemblance to the menu item. It was drowning in a watery, mushroom-soup-like sauce that leaked everywhere. The menu picture does not show any sauce like that, yet my sandwich was absolutely smothered in it. To make matters worse, the staff threw it vertically into the bag, so the sauce leaked out, soaking the bottom of the bag and completely saturating the paper wrapper, the fry boxes, and our other sandwich box. The bread was pure mush and the "Angus beef" was chewy and resembled high quality dog food. An absolute waste of money. Avoid this Shelbyville location.

  One star is too generous for this place. Lobby is closed. Microphone is broke. Slow service.
