    Waited 15 minutes for an ocean water and shake. Marked it as complete and took another 10 mins to bring. This is a ridiculous wait time. People got their food prior to this that ordered after me. Person I asked about the time delay was a smart ass. When I finally got my milk shake it was soupy so likely sitting for a bit. Other than than the man’s attitude this is an understaffing issue. This is absolutely ridiculous to only have 2 people working. Everyone involved is getting stress for no reason other than Sonic’s needing to save a few bucks.

    Yesterday, I went for dinner to Seymour and the service was very slow... and in the end they gave me my order, the lady told me that my order was complete... I returned home to North Vernon, and I missed half order!! I wanted today to claim that half of my order was missing but for work reasons I couldn't go... Apparently I have lost my money, I already tried to call to make a claim and nobody answers
