  I’m not about bashing a business, but please hire mature teenagers. I won’t even go there anymore because the kids are so unprofessional.

  I was thrilled to finally have a Jimmy John’s in Seymour, and overall, I’ve been really pleased with the experience—especially the speed when ordering in-store, which has always been great. However, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with online orders being overlooked. When I place an order in advance through the website, wait 10-15 minutes, and arrive to pick it up (hoping for a quick grab-and-go), I often find myself waiting in line to ask about my order. It’s only then that the staff scrambles to prepare it on the spot—even though the website indicated it would be ready before the time I arrived. I’ve seen others dealing with the same problem, so I know it’s not just me. I’d love to see this improved, as it’s been a bit frustrating compared to the otherwise excellent service.
