This evening, my family and I decided to visit the Buffalo Wild Wings in Seymour, Indiana. After being seated, we promptly placed our order for drinks and food. Our party of four ordered two 10-piece wings, an order of fries, a wrap, and a salad. Our drinks arrived quickly, but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We then waited nearly an hour for our food. During that entire time, our waitress never returned to our table to check on us, provide an update, refill drinks, or even acknowledge the delay. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching another table, who had arrived after us, receive their food first. After waiting so long, we asked for our bill so we could pay for our drinks and leave. At that point, our waitress informed us that our food was "being plated" and explained that the other table's order had only been placed about eight minutes after ours. I expressed that my biggest concern wasn't necessarily the wait itself, but the complete lack of communication. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I know that checking on guests and acknowledging delays are common professional courtesies. Her response was surprising. She stated that if she informed customers about extended wait times, she could be fired, and that only the two owners were in the kitchen preparing food. If that is truly the case, it reflects very poorly on management. Customers deserve honest communication, especially when experiencing unusually long waits. Eventually, our food arrived, but by that point, we requested to-go containers and our check. Despite the poor service experience, we paid full price and still left a 20% tip because we recognized that the lengthy wait for food was likely beyond our server's control. My frustration is not directed at the waitress for the kitchen delays, but rather at the restaurant's ownership and management. If employees are discouraged or even threatened for being transparent with customers about wait times, that creates an unfair situation for both staff and guests. The restaurant did not appear particularly busy, and experiences like this may help explain why. Unfortunately, this visit left us disappointed. Decent food can only go so far when communication and customer service are lacking. We hope management takes a closer look at how they support both their employees and their customers.

They have some of the best servers in town. Always attentive and friendly. They, alone, are worth the visit to the restaurant!

I've never wrote a review for a restaurant before, but I experienced the worst service I've ever had at BWW. So If that tells you anything about this location.. the food was good, the service was HORRIBLE. In specific the waitress we had, had a horrible attitude. Me and my sister tried to consider maybe she was having a bad day or just busy. But it just continued, she'd toss our appetizers and wings down without saying anything to us. Our food took about 45mins to come out. After consideration, I didn't leave a tip. I've NEVER not left a tip, but she was extremely inattentive and rude. After awhile me and my sister realized she accidently left her phone there. I came back in and waited for 25 minutes at the front and nobody came up to front not once. Other people where waiting and also complaining about the horrible service here. I used find my to find her phone, so I knew it was here. Said waitress walked past me into the kitchen multiple times without saying a word to me. Finally I just followed the direction of find my and walked back into the kitchen and grabbed her phone because it was just sitting there face up!! she was standing right there and most likely saw me calling her!!. I asked "is this my sisters phone" and she just goes "yup" & I can only assume she was spiteful because I didn't leave her a tip. Me and my sister tried to give the benifit of the doubt but after this we will most definitely not be returning to this location.

HORRIBLE LOCATION : NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND FRUSTRATION. I work in Seymour and our company sometimes picks up lunch from this location. For years they have had horrible service. Any pick up order will take an additional 20 minutes past the pick up window and if you go in the building to sit down and eat prepare to be there for a minimum of 2 hours. Had a pick up and there were two other people who were there before me but never got asked what they needed despite having been waiting for 15+ minutes - I didn’t even talk to anyone before the manager walked out with my order. I accepted my food but requested the manager at least acknowledge the other patrons that had been standing around waiting for much longer than I had been. Instead of responding or trying to resolve any frustration, the manager instead deadpan stared at me and flatly asked the names of the other orders. After returning to my workplace with our preordered lunch, we found out they forgot one entire meal for my coworker. It just so happened that the managers for our office were at that same location and were able to go to the counter and ask for the forgotten food. When they said the large order that was just picked up the managers response was “Oh, the smartass?” How unfortunate for him that I was on the phone and overheard it. He is completely unprofessional and rude. Would not waste your time or money going here.
