  At the Sellersburg Indiana Arbys we spent 15 minutes in drive thru and never got to order. Went inside and ordered right away but it took them over 20 minutes to complete our order. Listened to the two slowest women ever complain about everything while slowly building sandwiches. Turned out one of them was the manager Gladys Sizemore that seemed to be the slowest. She needs to be busting the others butt to get to work and not standing around. She is too slow when weighing out each slice of roast beef for each sandwich while you have everyone standing around waiting. Seriously each sandwich has to be weighed? What a corporate greed move. Food was good but not worth standing around waiting for over 30 minutes for it.

  Got a quarter pound chopped brisket bowl tonight 😢. This is exactly why people won't go out of their way to visit this restaurant while the construction's going on they are absolutely horrible two thirds of my bowl filled up with about 8 cents worth of macaroni and cheese at the most a 1/4 cup of brisket meat half of which was burnt and three small onion rings that tasted like they must have been in the back of the fry tray since the lunch rush $13 what a joke

  says online it closes at 12 but i pulled into the drive thru at 11:10 and no one is on the mic and they turned off the lights whenever i said hello

  Was at your drive-through at 10:30 on Saturday morning, ordered my food, asked for four Horsey sauce, Was told I could only get two because of corporate orders! I asked the young man there if I could buy two more, his response was there is a Walmart down the street go there if you want more!!! Needless to say, I got pissed off! It’s Sad that this location will lose my business because of two horsey sauces !!! that is no way to run a business. The young young man was rude and has no business working with the public.
