    This Arby’s has decent food however shift manager Gladys is very rude, unprofessional and definitely doesn’t need to work with the public we were rushed, had to over pay and when my boyfriend asked questions about the new Philly sandwich she acted like he was stupid. Kept looking at me like I was some low person which I’m not. Then rolled her eyes. I don’t know the lady I’m not even from around scottsburg

    I rarely give 5 stars for anything. Martie keeps this place clean, her employees in check, and orders correct, all while being extremely level headed and friendly. I was impressed, unlike when I visited their neighbor.
