  So i try the new bacon bits yuck they was all fatty meat more like pork belly meat smell good but they are nasty less u like fatty bacon

  I rarely give 5 stars for anything. Martie keeps this place clean, her employees in check, and orders correct, all while being extremely level headed and friendly. I was impressed, unlike when I visited their neighbor.

  I tried to place an order on the mobile app for pickup. I applied a coupon for bogo sandwiches and saw after the fact that my receipt shows I was charged for both sandwiches anyway. You can't edit or cancel through the app it says call the store so I did, I was told they can't do anything. Thats pretty ridiculous that the only way I can get assistance with an order from the app is to contact the store and the store won't help. Our extra large fries were not anywhere near filled to the top of the box and the side of cheese I paid $1 for was put in a tiny cup the size of a half dollar coin where last time I was given the side of cheese in the same cup as the macaroni comes in. All this after waiting in line for an eternity as well. Very upsetting

  Love some Arby's every now and again but I was waiting 20 minutes to even order in the drive through and there was three cars including me. If I didn't have a mobile order that I couldn't cancel without a manager there that they apparently didn't have I would have left.

  Whoever was working the drivethrough after 10 pm on may 7th 2026 needs to learn how to be nice to people if they are going to work in the fast food industry.. getting snipping after I had sat in the drivethrough for over 2 mins waiting for someone to even say anything and the being told I had to wait again because she was busy in a snippy rude way and then her getting even shittier when I actually got up to the window I about drove off without even paying for and getting my food.... then she could even be heard yelling at her coworker loud enough I could hear her through the closed window.... 0/10 would not recomnd eating here if I could rate it a zero I would
