  This store is clearly extremely understaffed and poorly managed. Placed an large online order is online ordering was active, they were unable to complete it with the staff they had which is understandable, however, they took over an hour to even see the ticket and confirm if it was a "prank" or not and questioning why I would be ordering so much. I understand that things can be hectic but the communication was severely lacking when I was willing to wait as long as needed. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. It has been months of this store closing their drive-thru/denying orders. Might need to shut its doors until they can find more staffing or just leave their ordering offline.

  I recently visited the Oberweis Dairy location and had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to the behavior of the manager on duty. My order was made incorrectly — the shake I received was not what I asked for. I clearly ordered a large shake with no whipped cream, but when the drink was handed to me it was not prepared that way. When I politely brought the mistake to the manager’s attention, instead of handling the situation professionally, she immediately became defensive and dismissive. Her tone and attitude were rude, and she went as far as implying that I was lying about what I ordered, stating that I never said I wanted a large and never asked for no whipped cream. That reaction is what escalated the situation, because being called a liar when simply trying to correct an order is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I calmly went back inside the store to address how she handled the situation, hoping to resolve the issue respectfully, but she completely denied having an attitude and acted as if my concerns were invalid. To make matters worse, when I asked for contact information so I could report the situation or speak with someone above her, she refused to provide any information. A manager should represent the highest level of professionalism and customer service, and unfortunately that was not the case here. Being spoken to disrespectfully, having a simple order issue turned into an argument, and then being denied the ability to provide feedback reflects very poorly on the store. I sincerely hope this situation is taken seriously because no customer should be treated this way when simply trying to correct a mistake with their order.
