The way we were greeted when we arrived was sloppy! The waitress seated the group in front of us and then went away and did not come back. We waited a long time to be seated. It was not that crowded for 3:00 on a Sunday. People were left standing for along time waiting to be seated. The food took a long time to come as well, but it was good. The manager needs to be more involved in staying on top of the situation. Thank you.

This is the second time that I try going to this Giordano‘s In Schereville, first time we had a bad experience so I wanted to give it a second chance. This time around we had the server named Kaitlyn M and she gave us the same bath service that we had the first time around . This server seemed to be favoring different ethnicities treating them differently due to their skin color . If you’re not white beware, I saw the difference in treatment she gave a table of black people and our table with Hispanics . The table with whites got all the smiles , she was friendly and got refills without even asking. I will not be going back to this location ever again. When we were about to leave, we asked to get boxes for a pizza. She obviously first packed the other people’s food, and then she came to our table, took our pizza to the back . Right before she did that she bumped into a chair that almost hit my mother, and she never even apologized. It was until I got home that I saw the way she threw the pizza all in the box , horrible experience. Never came to ask if everything was fine never got any refills unless we asked we always seem to be asking her for stuff because she never would come and see if there was anything else that she could do. The photo below is the way she packed her pizza. Our bill was well over $120, I regret coming here so much.
