I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE 10 MINUTES BEFORE MY ARRIVAL AND HE STILL DIDN'T EVEN MAKE A POT OF COFFEE. IT WAS A SIMPLE, HOT BLACK COFFEE AND I STILL HAD TO WAIT, AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. HE DIDN'T EVEN START MAKING A POT UNTIL AFTER I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW.. he's always this slow. He doesn't say thank you. He doesn't acknowledge your existence when you're at the drive up. He's just not a good worker at all. And of course he's the only Duncan open in the area at the time that I need it.
