  Do better! The young boy (KS) with long hair and hickies all over his neck is terrible as a drive thru cashier. As if his ability to take one order every 3 minutes wasn't bad enough, trying to understand his mumbling only made it worse. The girl at the pick-up window was very sweet but looked like Wendesday Adam's tripped and fell into a tackle box. Certainly not the experience we expected or have had at this location prior. Whomever is doing the hiring needs some retraining on guest experience. Throw all that aside and the order was still wrong...SHOCKER!

  Ordered 2 simple things. Food was right but they gave me the complete wrong drink. I can't drink anything except Dr pepper due to long lasting covid complications so I just didn't get my drink and paid for nothing. Every time I go it's something new

  Idk how many times I've been here and the workers are all just screaming and talking to each other instead of working. Have only gotten my order right maybe 2/10 times. Every time I go in for something, they don't have it. Yesterday, frappes. Today, they didn't even have soda and offered orange juice instead. I ordered ONE thing and asked for a few packets of hot sauce. Asked them if it was in the bag before I pulled away. They gave me one mild packet. Theyve completely butchered orders so many times that I'm surprised anyone works there. Even when they're not busy, it's still the same issue. Won't be returning
