- JMJenny ManessSep 2, 20261.0I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin'. I come here regularly, but unfortunately this location has really gone downhill. I ordered a medium matcha like I always do and specifically asked for less ice. When I received it there was a large amount of foam and the cup wasn't even filled. I asked if they could please fill it the rest of the way. Instead of adding more of the drink they filled it up with ice, even though I had specifically requested less ice. What was completely unprofessional was that before I even went inside, the guy working the drive-thru window yelled, We have a complainer." There was absolutely no reason to embarrass or disrespect a customer for politely asking for a drink to be made the way it was ordered. I then parked and went inside to have the issue corrected. I asked for the manager and the guy said what do you need? I said are you the manager? He said yes and was very rude and dismissive. He told me he added more ice because if he added more matcha it would not taste good. I explained I come here all the time and order this and I LIKE the taste of Matcha. Christian then got an attitude and said what do you want me to do, make a new one. I said yes please. When he bought the replacement back, it had even MORE foam and still was not filled properly. Mistakes with drinks happen, and I normally would not leave a bad review over something like that. What made this experience unacceptable was the way the employees and manager treated me when I simply asked for my order to be corrected. I also asked an employee for the name of the owner or someone in management, and she told me she didn't know any names. As someone who has come to this location regularly, I'm extremely disappointed. Customers should not be mocked as "complainers" for asking for what they ordered, especially with a manager present who then responds with an attitude instead of fixing the problem. I would not recommend this location based on customer service I received today.
