Pull up to empty window, as line behind me is long. Wait 15mins. Order still not started, gave my code. Another 20mins later, finally get my food while watching for an hour or so that walk ins were priority, but there was no way to back out and I had already paid in the app for the drive thru. Sure, could have gave up and walked in through the pouring rain. I was committed to seeing this through.

No manager has come out to apologize or anything. Feels like they don’t care about paying customers. No apologies, no answers, no respect for the customer. Ugh… I urge you if you are hungry go up to the next exit to Greensburg. A much better McDonald’s that cares for it’s customers. These guys DON’T!!
