- DDDee6 days ago1.0The Family meal is an absolute waste of money. I was better off ordering 5 individual packed bowls. There was so little meat, rice, and beans it was not even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. But of course the cheese and lettuce containers were packed. Will never do that again.

The thing that is bad changes, whether it be super sour guacamole, over salted meat, undercooked veggies, or stale chips. We have complained through the Chipotle app and customer service multiple times before we decided to write a review, I wish things would change because chipotle is usually pretty good and I love that this one is right down the street from my house. For now, we will be skipping chipotle unless we are out and about in another area.

Overall good experience!

These kids in there are so high off their rocker that we had to repeat ourselves a dozen times. Dude spilled my wife's bowl all over the counter because apparently sealing up tin foil requires an engineering degree. This place sucks. Dude workin the drive thru had his own music rocking louder than the overhead stuff, which I normally wouldn't mind. But when its N word this and N word that, I dont wanna hear that garbage. Do better. Be better, Chipoltle
