  One dude working the line, it wasn’t even that packed while others are on their phone. I feel bad for the dude who was busting his butt while others just stood around. The two cooks were busting their butt too. TeShawn literally was the only dude working besides the chefs. This place needs to improve drastically if they plan to be successful.

  This place is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. This was my daughter's quesadilla.... Not sure where the cheese is and it wasn't even folded in half. I tried to get a coke and the syrups were swapped with diet coke. The cashier went to fill from the drive up window and that one was swapped with root beer. They went to go fix it and came back and told me they look correct. I'm not sure what the intention is with that, someone could have just tasted it for themselves. The manager was aloof, asked a small girl to deal with even though those syrup boxes are about 50lbs. I did food service for a decade, including bartending and this was just pathetic. Manager was more concerned with socializing with the prep cook than running her staff. I will never come here again.

  Possibly the worst-run Chipotle I've visited. Seven employees were on the clock, yet it looked like five of them were taking a break while one person struggled to handle the entire front line, make orders, and ring up customers. Meanwhile, another employee was left alone on the grill. The result was slow service, long waits, and a completely disorganized operation. To make matters worse, I ordered a large drink only to find that Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite were all out. My only real option was Fanta. Running out of multiple core beverages during business hours is unacceptable for a restaurant of this size. The entire experience felt like management either failed to staff appropriately or simply checked out for the day. This location has serious operational issues that need immediate attention. Customers deserve better than watching two employees carry the entire restaurant while basic menu items and drinks are unavailable.

  Horrible service and when I came in visibly upset ( after ordering my food and getting it delivered almost an hour later with not only the complete wrong order but also topped with one of my allergens) the manager was not only condescending but she was completely patronizing me. She said she couldn’t refund me because the order was through door dash (it wasn’t. I ordered through chipotle site) and when I slid my food across the countertop and said then I want this remade she said “because I threw my food at her she was refusing to serve me”. Since when did sliding a food bowl become equivalent to throwing food! This location always makes the orders wrong and the one time I demand for them to make it right and this happens. I will NEVER step foot into this chipotle again. Horrible customer service, rude workers, constantly wrong orders and stale chips. It’s no wonder this location has the LOW rating it does. Do better. And to the manager- learn how to problem solve and learn some basic people skills. If your store is at fault, fix the problem. It’s not rocket science.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location. Last time, I ordered two bowls around 10 PM (well before closing) and both were incorrect — no veggies at all and barely any extra cheese, despite paying for extras. The bowls were also not labeled. When I returned to the store, the employee helping me was apologetic, but the rest of the experience was very unprofessional. Staff openly referred to the store as “ghetto,” said they didn’t care multiple times and blamed customers for ordering late. It was also uncomfortable to overhear employees telling each other “don’t be rude to her” and the employee assisting me saying she didn’t want to “get in the middle of it.” That alone made it clear there was a lack of leadership on shift. The most concerning part was the manager. When I asked for assistance, I could hear them in the back say, “tell her we’re out of BOGO cards and tell her to have a good night,” and they never came to speak to me directly. The manager working that night was “Blythe”. This wasn’t just about missing ingredients.It was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
