  I watched the employee behind the counter pour fresh beans into an old, dirty container. The brown rice looked crusted over, so I opted for white rice instead. The food was only mildly warm and definitely did not seem fresh. The restaurant itself was also very unclean — floors and tables had full pieces of food and crumbs everywhere, and the floors were sticky. At 7 PM they were already out of chips, the silverware station wasn’t stocked, and there was even an empty, half-eaten burrito bowl left on the floor near the soda machine. I genuinely wish I was exaggerating, but this was a really disappointing experience.

  This place was so disgusting. I almost literally threw up and made me gag in my mouth. There’s literally no trashcan in his food service was disgusting. Gosh I knew that was about to get freaking fire like that guy kept looking at her like hello I know you’re gonna get fired so basically what happened it was so annoying but I didn’t even get food from there. It was still my friend experience was so bad so I need to give this place a one star I am so sorry. But we know I’m not sorry

  we went there and it was a very bad experience. only one person knew what to do out of 4 of them. they didnt have all of the ingredients. they had a hole for trash but no trash can. they dropped my guacamole on the dirty counter and it mixed with other ingredients then picked it up and put it back on my bowl.

  Staff and management are highly incompetent. Food quality is poor, bland, and often over cooked. The portions served are laughable for the price. I love Chipotle, but I have been eating here for years and simply can’t tolerate eating at this location anymore. Save yourself the discomfort and irritation and eat elsewhere.

  I really like Chipotle in general, but this by far, the worst one I've been to. Sometimes they're understaffed and extremely slow, and other times they're overstaffed and extremely slow. Either way, expect a long wait. The stations and tables are often dirty, and I mean DIRTY: food coating tables and work stations, dishes stacked up on counters. Its gross. I've never seen it like this at other Chipotles. They run out of food a lot, so they'll scrape the bottom of the bucket to give you the burnt bits or old guac before refreshing it. Such a shame.
