  Won't be coming back I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and mix it together before eating so I can't decipher which ingredient is the culprit or if its multiple but the salt content is insane. Its like someone oops'd and let a whole container of salt spill into it. There is also a LOT of lime flavor on the rice, not in a good way. And I love lime. Everything is too expensive these days to waste any money. Yikes!

  Probably the worst chipotle i’ve been to in the area, staff was not friendly had big attitudes, smallest portions of everything even after asking for a little extra, and food has no flavor.

  THIS LOCATION SUCKS. Definitely the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I eat chipotle almost daily but from their Mokena, IL location and the food is always good. St John’s (which is still pretty new) has never been well maintained on the inside when I’ve been there. Even when I’m not there the experience sucks. I ordered pick up from there and my tacos were 90% rice on the inside. The best part? I didn’t order rice on my tacos… Having one piece of tough/fatty/unchewable chicken during a meal isn’t bad, not every piece of chicken is perfect. But I also had to spit out more pieces of chicken from 3 tacos than I can count on one hand… that’s not a whole lot but that’s WAY more than there EVER should be while eating a meal, especially from a big name place like this. Whoever manages the quality control and actual storefront maintenance at this location should seriously consider search for a career path outside of restaurant management. Seeing the other reviews on this location only confirmed that THE ISSUE IS THIS LOCATION.

  I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I had to write this one. This location is not up to the high-quality in high standards that I’ve experienced at this restaurant chain. I attach photos of my receipt as well as photos of the quality of food that I was served. This location clearly is not as busy as other locations, which is why they serve old food. My lettuce was turning different colors, various shades of red and pink, and the chips were extremely stale. Also, they did not provide me any utensils, bowls or napkins for a family dinner. I will not be returning to this location. I will only use the other location as closest to me if anybody at the Management level or higher for this location seize this review you can contact me at the email provided

  Ordered through Chipotle app. Once I showed up I was notified several items that showed available were not available. I asked for a refund and was told they could not give me a refund in person. They could substitute items or I could submit for a refund online. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
