  Food is generally good, but haven’t ever had my food in less than 10 mins in the drive through or dining inside. I say it every time that I’m not coming back here and the kids talk me into it.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been treated more rudely in a drive thru than I was today so you can imagine my surprise when I pulled around and it was a manager at the window. I cancelled my order and went straight to BK where people are actually kind. Never again.

  I don’t remember McDonald’s eggs looking like this or being in such a small portion. (My order was steak and hotcakes, and an order of eggs. Also, it was odd that no one was stationed there; it felt like there were only cooks in the kitchen. I didn't see anyone at the cashier or the drive-thru window, only a person to bring food out to put on the shelf for pickup. It was just weird atmosphere.

  This is an AMAZING McDonald’s to go to…if you want your order wrong, excessively long wait times, and rude staff. Been there at 7am to order a dozen McMuffins and told over an hour wait time. Constantly have rude employees at the drive thru that act as though the customer is an inconvenience. EVERY time we go, something is wrong about the order. Every breakfast order: something is missed or left out. Every lunch or dinner order: fries are ordered “No salt, cooked well done”. Everytime fries are either HEAVILY salted or not cooked well done. The only consistency at this location? Something will be screwed up. Tonight? We sat in the drive-thru 42 minutes. 42 MINUTES. There’s not a McDonalds in the country where that is acceptable. And shocker: the order was still wrong. Fries not cooked well done, was told 3-5 minutes for DQP, ended up being 18 minutes. The owners of this location need to get their staff in order. If not, reports will be made to McDonald’s corporate customer service.
