  I get inflation and all that but that isn't a reason for this ...I spent 35 dollars on lettuce and shells ...two meals and two burrito supreme and it was cold when I got home about 5 min away next time ill save some money and go to elrodeo.

  I go very often to this taco bell ONLY BECAUSE ITS RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE I WORK, never once have they ever gotten my order correct,im ALWAYS missing something I will never understand why its this hard I work all day and dont eat I was the only car in the drive through and was missing my chicken quesadilla probably the easiest thing on the menu the wait is always long do better

  Tonight I went into the drive through after picking up my husband from work. We ordered the new Diablo nuggets meal as well as some other odd and ends. We checked our order as we always do as accidents happen. We found we were missing a crunchy taco as well as nacho fries from his meal. And upon further inspection the nuggets that he did receive were abysmal at best. Looked like the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. I pulled back around to get my missing items and the moment we pulled up to the window the Manager was waiting for us and was very aggressive the moment I opened the window. Said that she had packed the order herself and knew for a fact nothing was missing. She also said that Nacho Fries don't get made till they are ordered so there was no chance they were missing. I told her I was more than happy to unpack the bag again in front of her if need be. She insisted it was in the bag and said if we wanted another taco we would have to buy it. I told her then about the nuggets and her response was that they didnt pick them out. That sometimes people just got small ones. As a service person myself I was incredibly offended at how she was completely on the defensive the moment we got to the window and felt comfortable letting that food go out the door in the state it was in. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I know things happen. But as it stands we still did not get everything we paid for and I will be calling the restaurant in the morning to talk to the owner myself. I can tell you for certian I will be informing everyone I know in town that this is the worst taco bell in town by far and I will be insisting that no one support here again. For full transparency the Manager said that her name was Crystal on night shift. We were there at 12am.

  Forgot the taco and nachos fries for my combo, they got angry when we told them they forgot these items. Still didn't get the nacho fries.

  Clean, good quality food, great Nachos Bel Grande. Fast service. Very popular drive up.
