Unfortunately, the product I received looked completely different from what was advertised. The wings were noticeably dry, lightly sauced, and lacked the quality and presentation shown in the promotional images. Several pieces barely had any sauce at all, making them taste overcooked and disappointing overall. The inconsistency between the advertisement and the actual product was significant enough that it felt misleading as a customer. I understand that food presentation can vary slightly, but this order missed the mark by a wide margin. When customers order menu items, they expect something reasonably close to what is being promoted. I hope better quality control and consistency can be implemented so future customers receive a product that matches the standards shown in your advertising.
