  This store consistently leaves out pieces of my order. While things like sauces or straws don't necessarily matter to me, in the last two days I've received 7/16 chicken nuggets that I ordered. They left a whole 6 piece nugget out of my chicken nugget happy meal, and only put 7 nuggets in my 10 piece box. When I called the restaurant to try and resolve the issue, no one answered. This store once forgot to put the patty on my husband's cheeseburger. It's definitely worth opening every single item you order before leaving the parking lot because their level of competence with completing your order absolutely sucks.

  Sometimes food is a hit or miss. Today was a good day fresh cheeseburger and fries!

  This place is a joke, had feces in their bathroom and couldn't clean it up. Just left it. Heard customers complaining and the manager just ignored them. They are disrespectful and rude I buy food for my kids here and when I was in the lobby eating with my children I witnessed a couple of male employees grabbing at one another's buttocks and frontal male parts. They went straight back to the kitchen and made an order with no hand washing or Gloves **UPDATE** Today I received an email with promises that they shared the pertinent information with the leader there and my visit will be exceptional every time. Problem solved…. But it’s not, it’s this location they never change and partial of the issues is due to the leadership and lousy job they maintain

  Food was a bit messy when I opened it but it was the lunch rush so I absolutely get it.
