  Slow. Line workers not able to stay focused on task of sandwich making. We did a pick up order on line. They made the sandwiches wrong. Had to come back and have them redone. Music was so loud could not communicate with workers. Sandwich line was a mess; stray food all over the place. Stay away if you want sandwiches made in a timely manner the way you wantsand wich made.

  I’m staying from out of town and ordered to the closest hotel and each time I called they picked up and hung up (possibly thinking I’m spam due to the area code?) and then when finally they did answer all I got was “hello?” And I had to ask them if it was Jimmy Jon’s. Last I placed an order to be delivered by 5 and when I called to check on it (after 5), they said they just sent it out because they had another order to make. Foods always top notch but this was not great customer service experience unfortunately

  Spent 30 minutes in the drive throhgh line. Placed the order on the app to avoid the wait.toaster is down again, out of diet coke and sandwich wasnt even made right. Last trip to this restaurant in Richmond.

  There was someone smoking inside I saw from the drive through. The guy taking the order seemed stoned out of his mind. I had to repeat my order multiple times to him. Not coming back to this location again had issues in the past with it as well
