    First off, I walked in and the employees radio was so loud I couldn’t hear the person taking the order. And apparently they could not hear me either cause they got my order all wrong. Nothing what I asked for then they were supposed to have a receipt in the bag they did not. the manager at this store needs fired.

    Orderd lunch for delivery, the app said it was done. No food. I called the nasty whi h said to call uber eats. I didn't use uber eats and then she said oh sorry I sent it out . Still no order then I get a text from uber eats my order was delivered. Called the store again because apparently this chick is clueless. Charged me almost 50 bucks and no one can seem to refund my money!!!! Worst service ever. Dont recommend

    Terrible service. We called in an order. When we got to the restaurant, the drive-thru was packed, went inside, it was crazy, staff was complaining about orders, phones were ringing, not getting answered. When the phone was answered they were told how busy there were, could they call back in 10-15 minutes. Customers were wanting to cancel orders. So very sad. Probably won't go back.

    I want to share with review with my experience with the store in Richmond, Indiana. The staff General Manager - Patty and the two associates who were in the store at the time Brittni and Chris provided me with excellent customer service. I drove up to the drive thru to place my order and when the associate was not able to assist me m, I became really frustrated. I got out of my vehicle and came into the store to get and explanation on why they were not able to assist me with my credit, they turn d everything around for me. They were ALL polite and professional and kind the entire time I was in the store. I recommend anyone who is looking fur friend exceptional customer service to try out the Jimmy John’s in Richmond Indiana in Main Street.

    Slow. Line workers not able to stay focused on task of sandwich making. We did a pick up order on line. They made the sandwiches wrong. Had to come back and have them redone. Music was so loud could not communicate with workers. Sandwich line was a mess; stray food all over the place. Stay away if you want sandwiches made in a timely manner the way you wantsand wich made.
