These people argued with me about "now Chipotle charges for sauce". I've been going to Chipotle for over 10 years. I've been charged for that sauce one time. This just didnt sit well with me.

They told us they didn’t have any but before we get through the line they are pulling it off the grill. Won’t be back to this location! And the music is extremely loud in the lobby can’t even converse with people. Bowls were very skimpy too! Overall fail

- NLNate LeeOct 3, 20261.0Unfortunately, I’ve consistently found this place to be less than clean, and the customer service has been disappointing. Employees have often come across as either rude or simply not very helpful. The bowl I received was only about half full, as pictured, which was pretty disappointing for what I paid. I’ve also noticed that when going through the drive-through, they seem reluctant to provide the organic lemonades that are available inside. Even though they’re more expensive than the regular drink options, I’ve been told they’re kept in the dining room rather than at the drive-through window, which makes it seem like they simply don’t want to bother getting them. I really hope management takes some time to address the cleanliness, portion sizes, and overall customer service. There’s definitely room for improvement.
