  Chipotle on Chester Blvd Wow for a brand new store this place is filthy. There was one person working and two just standing there. I ordered Honey chicken tacos. I was told they are not doing honey chicken anymore. I pointed out they have two signs on the glass for honey chicken

  This comment is for chipotle overall. You can’t call the store, you can’t get refunds in store. If you order from the wrong place it’s a long drawn out process because you can’t talk to a real person for at least 20 mins if you can even get through. You can’t check on your job application because you can’t straight call the restaurant .

  Every single time I come into this location the past three times I’ve been greeted by terrible and disgraceful employee Kennedy. I got her name from the manager … She always skimp on the portions and when you ask her for more besides the protein, she gives you the most terrible look on her face and back talk to me in a way that I was very upset. I asked to speak with a manager she replied no. So then I just took it upon myself to go to corporate which they said they would take action. This is unacceptable for her to have these actions and a Customer Service environment. She looks like she hates her life. I’m sure she has done this to everybody before me she needs to be fired immediately. I’ve taken this up with corporate and they said they would take action.

  I have Celiac disease and as soon as I told the line worker I had a gluten allergy, one of the women working told the line worker to wait because they needed to clear the whole line. They took a few minutes to remove all old spoons, clean the line, and wash their hands about 3 times each. I was incredibly impressed and almost cried I had a safe place to eat in Richmond. They were very kind and did not make me feel like a problem. I feel like the food has lost flavor the last few years, but I won't hold that against this location.

  Atmosphere is typical fast food, music a tad too loud for chatting with friends but it's not really a hangout spot. I went this evening to support a non-profit, and so spent extra. But my receipt did not reflect fundraiser, like my dining partners receipt did. When I questioned it, they had no way of adjusting it and said I wanted to donate I would need to purchase something else. That made no sense. Then they told me they've been ringing up the fundraiser all day. Then...why didn't mine get rung up? And the fundraiser had just started, it didn't begin until 4pm. Based on that ridiculousness along I won't be going back. Hot Heads is better anyway.
