  We like the food but prices are too high. Ordered a fruit cup and it was 1/4 filled, about 6 small bites. Drive thru needs better signage, if you pull into the first drive, you cant get back out without turning around. It is confusing. Ive seen other drivers do the same.

  Ordered 2 of the same salad in the drive through. Worker there was very nice and got the order correct. Drove around to pick it up and it looked correct. However when I got it back to my desk it didn't have the toppings or the correct salad dressing. One 1 set of utensils as well. Co worker was displeased.

  I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but when there is a consistent issue, something needs to be said. I’ve frequent many chick-fil-a’s around the country a multitude of times at each and never have experienced consistent issues like I have with this location. I ordered through DD only for the dasher to advise me during route that she had to show her phone to them for them to give her the order which was wrong. When she advised them it was wrong, they insisted she take it anyway. It literally had someone else’s name on the order different from her phone. When I called and spoke to Katelynn, she advised me she was a manager and there weren’t any managers on duty (there was) and that she was in charge, her snarky unprofessional behavior told me otherwise and brought me all the way to the store. Katelynn stated I needed to go through DD although she confirmed the dashers story and I had to reiterate that DD would not refund bc dasher let them know it was CFAs fault. She refused to help and I had to give her options to resolve the situation such as replacing the meal, refund or something else she can think up, “as the manager”. I went to the store instead ;) to meet the actual professional manager who kept bringing up that DD steals orders when that had nothing to do with them giving the dasher the wrong order. She was embarrassed the store was packed and they could hear. Their grand opening, they ran out of Mac n Cheese but still allowed customers to order it and weren’t sure how to block it. Then, they stated during drive thru after ordering, they had been out and weren’t sure how to refund so wanted us to accept fries for the price of Mac n Cheese. Mac n cheese cold at times, kale salad soggy, wrong orders, no straws or silverware, chicken noodle soup with barely any liquid and this was going on consistently. Then, it’s the empty, long waits and there really isn’t a point in ordering ahead when you’re going to end up waiting just as long if not longer than those ordering at the window. So when the lines are long, you might as well buckle up for a McDonald’s experience. I’ve spent over $500 with this Chil Fil A since November and it will be the last. Always missing straws, food, drinks. From Zionsville so not used to an area where the best food/restaurants it has to offer are very sub par so getting a Chicky was nice but…. next please. Ben, train your employees on how to make situations right instead of giving a nonchalant attitude with no resolutions in sight. Train better or enjoy ruining Chik Fil A’s consistency and efficiency.
