  Ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers through the Arby's app. Got to the drive-thru and was told they didn't have burgers. Asked for a substitution—nope. Asked them to cancel the order—nope. Was told to do it through the app. Pulled over and discovered there was no way to cancel it. Called customer service. After 15 minutes, the representative offered me coupons for replacement burgers. Sir... I didn't get ANY of my order. I want my money back. Complaint was escalated and I was told I'd receive a refund within 7–10 days. Two weeks later, still nothing. Called again, repeated the entire story, and was told it would be a few more days. Five days later... still nothing. Moral of the story: Delete the Arby's app and don't give them another dime.

  We bought the 7.99 boxes. We love them as they are very filling and they are very popular. It is a very good deal for the money. Almost everyone there had purchased one.
