  Went through the drive thru, requested a dirty coke was told I could only have a dirty doctor pepper. I explained I had it yesterday and the worker fired back her manager said no. Saying no to this seems highly rude. That is like saying I can not order something and substitute it with something else. It’s whatever I don’t live here so honestly i just didn’t get something I wanted for today. But I feel bad for ppl having this poor of customer service. Do better

  It was worst Wrap I have evere eaten. Cold and not tasty. Restaurant need cleaning! Some positive: quick and nice service.

  First time in about 10 years since I seen the double quarter pounder look like the commercial and both it and the fries tasted absolutely perfect!

  I stopped at this McDonald’s off I‑65 (exit 215) around 5 PM just to use the restroom and grab a quick bite, and honestly, I was shocked at how bad it was. The place was filthy from the moment I walked in. Tables weren’t wiped down, the floors were sticky with trash and food bits everywhere, and the restroom was so rough I’ve had cleaner experiences in porta potties. Even with all that, the worst part wasn’t the mess — it was the staff. Everyone behind the counter was loudly cussing, dropping F‑bombs nonstop while kids were sitting in the dining room. One girl got sprayed by the sink and screamed the F word so loud the whole place turned to look. Then she walked outside to vape while the rest kept yelling back and forth like it was normal. I don’t expect fine dining from McDonald’s, but this felt more like a zoo than a restaurant. Between the filth and the chaos behind the counter, it was easily one of the worst stops I’ve ever made.

  I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed a mobile order and gave my code at the drive thru. I was directed to pull up to the first window, but when I got there, the employee looked at me and did not open the window or acknowledge me. I then moved to the second window, where I was asked about my order again and had to repeat myself. The staff appeared confused and unorganized, even laughing while trying to figure out what was going on. I was told to pull forward and wait about 5 minutes. I ended up waiting closer to 15 minutes. While waiting, I saw an employee outside wearing a McDonald’s apron, smoking a cigarette and loudly using profanity while on the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. When I finally received my order, the employee dropped one of the Happy Meals on the ground while handing it to me. When I asked for a replacement, they briefly walked away and then returned with what appeared to be the exact same meal. The fries were scattered inside the box, and it was clearly the one that had just fallen. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, organization, and basic food safety standards. I would strongly recommend management or corporate review this location immediately. As well as a health inspector needs to evaluate this place !
