Really disgusted by my experience here. I’m currently on a long road trip and decided to stop at Arby’s for food. We were asked to park while they finished preparing our order, which was completely fine.
While waiting, I went inside to use the restroom. As I was coming out, I saw an employee returning from outside after bringing our food to the car. The moment he walked back inside, he sneezed openly without covering his nose. I literally watched mucus fly out of his nose. He then wiped his nose with his shirt and immediately went back behind the counter to continue working — without washing or sanitizing his hands.
I brought it to the manager’s attention while several employees were standing nearby, and instead of concern, they all looked at me like I had done something wrong for mentioning it. Extremely unsanitary and unprofessional.

Never EVER go to the Arby's in Rensselaer. It was disgusting. Not a single customer was there. Only 2 workers. Took forever for our food and we only got 2 sandwiches. I couldn't even eat my sandwich. It was so nasty!! Plus there was a hair in it. Worst food I've ever gotten anywhere. Soooo bad! The place is a dump. Definitely Shouldn't be in business.

This location is full of such joy and fantastic service. Patty the cashier really made our experience excellent and had everyone smiling after making their order. Also was very fast with food and it was great and accurate. While I hold the Arby’s bell sacred, we rang it twice to portray our gratitude for such an excellent experience along our journey.
