  Ordered on the app and the sign and app said someone picked up our order 15 minutes before it came. When it did we had multiple items missing. Staff is either overworked or incompetent.

  Service was slow, order was wrong, staff was rude to customers in bay next to us when they asked about their order.

  Literally just watched someone come out the back wearing foodservice gloves, go in the bathroom, and come out wearing THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES and went back in. Never again!!!

  I had to wait almost an hour because they were busy. One grilled cheese and 2 fries. Order was forgotten on accident.Had a staff member ask if I was waiting on a order. The staff member was extremely nice and offered a free drink for the wait. I didn't take the drink because I felt bad that he was the only one doing orders at the time.
