  Always so slow here. 5 minute wait after hitting the button and the guy came on and put me on hold waited 15 mins and car pulled up beside me after I got there and they ordered and got their order and pulled out I pushed the red button again and waited 5 minutes and no one answered. Asked a guy that walked by if the speaker worked and that I was waiting for 20 mins just to order, he put his headset on and walked inside and magically got a response. Service is not the greatest here.

  Absolutely love Sonic. Food was hot and as ordered and received it in a timely matter.

  really wish carhops would make minimum wage at this location, guy came out looking pretty stoned and asked if we paid with card or cash, we responded card and he waited for a couple seconds like he was expecting us to give him cash as well, i understand these jobs are hard in their own rights but tips are earned not mandatory and especially not to be asked for

  Pulled up to stall number 3, pushed button, no response for over 5 minutes, tried 3 times, moved to another stall, finally got a response after another 5 minutes. Ordered, screen finally showed my order was on it's way, 15 minutes later when I was going to leave my food arrived. She said they were slammed and she was trying to keep up. I understand it's a challenge to get help, but maybe find ways of not over extending the help. Block off spots so you can keep up, but making customers wait (my times aren't exaggerated) can cause second thoughts about next time. My food was room temp and nothing was offered for the inconvenience. I really enjoy the menu options, but you could do so much more volume if the flow was better managed. I'll be back, but I hope it will be a better experience.
