  Ordered 2 medium pizzas and garlic knots. One pepperoni, one cheese. Waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for my order. When I DID get it, they gave me the wrong pizza. Had to call and have them make another one. Picked it up. Pizza was a small. Doubt I'll order here again.

  The past several times we've gotten pizza here its been terrible, the crust has been paper thin and soggy in the middle, and the topping distribution is just disgraceful. Last night the service was exceptional awful as well. We ordered online and when the app said the pizza was in the oven it gave a time range for when it would be done, we arrived at the end of that range, and side note we did tip. There was a couple picking up for door dash ahead of us, one order for them was ready and one they had to wait on so they sat down with one pizza in the bag. They told us our pizza would be done in a few so we sat down also. 20min later they tell the door dash people that somehow someone else picked up their order so sorry lol. They leave mad and speed outta the parking lot as we watch from the window a cop sees that and flows after. A few minutes later another door dash guy walks in and returns a pizza, it seems to be the one first couple was waiting on. This is the first time seeing this guy which means the whole time that other couple had been waiting was for nothing cause the guy who mistakingly picked it up was there before they were! A few more minutes go by making a total of 35 our pizza is finally done and they forget the extra sauces we had purchased. Considering the time it took it appears to me they probably just started our on pizza when we walked in the door. Looks like they messed a lot more than just our order that night I would not recommend this place it's gone down hill big time!

  Got home and seen my order was wrong. Called the store for a remake, i mentioned that I did not want to get back out, they did not even offer delivery or anything. At the store I told them I should not have had to get back out. I will stick to dominos, they go above and beyond with their remakes.
