  The driver was wonderful! The 1 star is for the employee that answered the phone. When I called to ask about my Alfredo having a bitter taste and strange texture (which I get every time) I was told it was fine. The employee told me she eats it all the time and hasn't changed. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle the flavor and couldn't eat it. Wasted money.

  I used to enjoy going to this papa johns, I don't eat pizza very often, but everything was good until recently. The new employees always seem to either burn or undercook the food. there's no in-between, even the brownie was over baked, and I am pretty sure they just warm them up. I hope these newer employees can get the proper training they need, I will try their food again but not for a while.

  Enjoyed one of Claire Cole’s favorites for dinner tonight with Vickie Cole, Darrin Cole and Austin Craft. 6/11/2026 - Enjoyed great pizza and wings with family and friends for another night. Thank you to the Papa John’s Pizza, Plymouth staff for providing great food and delivery service.

  I ordered a pizza over the phone, which apparently routes to a call center in India. I asked for a large pizza, half “works” and half Philly. I also tried multiple times to mention I had a 25% off coupon, but the person on the phone didn’t seem to understand me—likely due to a language barrier. When I arrived to pick up my order, I explained the situation to the employee at the counter and asked if she could apply the coupon since I couldn’t get it across on the phone. She refused, saying it was “online only,” even though that wasn’t clearly stated on the coupon. Then it got worse. I checked the pizza in my car and saw the entire thing had Philly (white) sauce, instead of being half and half like I ordered. I went back inside to have it corrected, and they told me they couldn’t mix sauces due to a “health code violations.” That made no sense, especially since the person who took my order never mentioned that. The employee even admitted the call center representatives “don’t know anything,” which just added to the frustration. At that point, it felt like excuses instead of solutions. No effort was made to fix the issue or make things right. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience from start to finish. There are plenty of great local pizza places around—I’d recommend going to one of those instead.

  Ordered online at 10:45 pm order went thru , said be there around 11:45. Then order tracker showed 11:51. Then 12 arrives and nothing so I check order on phone and it says cancelled. No call or text telling me they had to cancel. Do not order late at night
