  I always order pizza and Wings from the Plymouth store . I always order my pizza well well done crispy almost burnt . 85 percent of the time they come greasy and doughy far away from well done . Tonight I called to get my store credit pizza I waited a hour or more pizza barely done not even close to well done . It's not hard to make a well well done crispy pizza . I guess it's pizza hut and or bourbon Street Pizza . Very upsetting

  Driver was so sweet but when I opened my pizza it was clearly a medium 6 slices not the large 8 slices we ordered and the veggies were very poorly cut like huge chunks I called and the manager didn't seem to care all that much that I wasn't happy with it so we just left it at that since I don't have a car and couldn't take it back to get it fixed people pay to much to have something they don't really want but my kid was hungry so I couldn't wait for another...

  The driver was wonderful! The 1 star is for the employee that answered the phone. When I called to ask about my Alfredo having a bitter taste and strange texture (which I get every time) I was told it was fine. The employee told me she eats it all the time and hasn't changed. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle the flavor and couldn't eat it. Wasted money.

  I used to enjoy going to this papa johns, I don't eat pizza very often, but everything was good until recently. The new employees always seem to either burn or undercook the food. there's no in-between, even the brownie was over baked, and I am pretty sure they just warm them up. I hope these newer employees can get the proper training they need, I will try their food again but not for a while.
