  refuses to make drinks ordered on the app within Business hours or even offer a refund after denying service. worker stared blankly at me and I had to do their job and request my refund (which they also refused to do). when you order a large they give you a med and will not fix it despite having proof

  I picked up a box of donuts this morning to share with Darrin Cole and Claire Cole for an unplanned donuts with Dad. Thank you to the Dunkin’ Plymouth staff for providing great donuts and speedy drive thru service.

  My wife and I enjoy drinking coffee. But every time we go to the Plymouth location, they don’t ever seem to get our order correct the drinks always seem watered down asked for light ice And it never happens. it’s definitely upsetting and I really do enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts over Starbucks but Least they can get it right

  Stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes while 6 employees and a manager scrambled to serve the drive thru. Was completely ignored. Finally an employee came out from the back, casually walked up to the counter, and ask if I had been served. This was the first acknowledgement of my presence by an employee after having stood at the counter for 5+ minutes. Food was fine, but they do not seem to care much about in-store customers. I will not go back for awhile. Lots of room for improvement.
