  i usually don’t leave reviews but my experience at this dunkin was honestly really disappointing. the employee yuli had a very rude attitude the entire interaction and made me feel like i was inconveniencing her just by ordering. there was no greeting, a lot of eye rolling/body language, and the customer service overall felt really unwelcoming. when i asked a simple question about my order, i got a short response with a tone that came off annoyed and dismissive. the atmosphere in general also seemed very unorganized and tense, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. employees should be able to handle busy moments without taking frustration out on customers. i understand everyone has bad days, but basic politeness goes a long way. i’ve been to this location multiple times and usually have a decent experience, which is why this stood out so much. i left feeling frustrated and honestly kind of shocked at how unnecessarily rude the interaction was. hopefully management addresses this because customer service here has defintely gone downhill.

  My wife and I enjoy drinking coffee. But every time we go to the Plymouth location, they don’t ever seem to get our order correct the drinks always seem watered down asked for light ice And it never happens. it’s definitely upsetting and I really do enjoy Dunkin’ Donuts over Starbucks but Least they can get it right

  They open at 5am. Ordered my drinks and food by the app for a 5:15 pick up. I was actually a little early and when I got my bacon, it was cold. Not even like room temp, it cooled down from cooking cold, but cold from the fridge. They just opened this branch. So sad they are starting on a bad note.

  Stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes while 6 employees and a manager scrambled to serve the drive thru. Was completely ignored. Finally an employee came out from the back, casually walked up to the counter, and ask if I had been served. This was the first acknowledgement of my presence by an employee after having stood at the counter for 5+ minutes. Food was fine, but they do not seem to care much about in-store customers. I will not go back for awhile. Lots of room for improvement.

  I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this location is not it, when I ordered my food I waited for almost 20 minutes to get my food and was told it was because they were making my sandwich but when I got my food it was all ice cold my sandwich had a piece of cheese and barley any bacon on it and was ice and my hasbrowns were clearly old as they were also cold and soggy the only thing that tasted good was the coffee and I paid over 13 dollars for food that tasted worse than the stuff they serve in public school
