  I've tried to give this place a chance on several occasions and every time i'm let down. I'll be shocked at this place is still in business within two years. Never once has my coffee been made correctly, never once have I gotten hot food.It's always been cold. I don't know if this is an employer problem or an employee problem.But whatever it is, if it's not fixed there's no way they're staying in business. Ive been a loyal dunkin' donuts customer for over ten years.And this is definitely the worst one ive been to. The only thing they have going for them is the fact that it's a newer building that looks nice and is clean. I most certainly would not recommend anyone go here.

  They really need to mow . If it was a house in town they would get a a letter in the mail and a ticket

  refuses to make drinks ordered on the app within Business hours or even offer a refund after denying service. worker stared blankly at me and I had to do their job and request my refund (which they also refused to do). when you order a large they give you a med and will not fix it despite having proof

  I picked up a box of donuts this morning to share with Darrin Cole and Claire Cole for an unplanned donuts with Dad. Thank you to the Dunkin’ Plymouth staff for providing great donuts and speedy drive thru service.
