  Arby’s in Plymouth on oak dr, Bad customer service. The lady there at the drive thru was rude with an attitude. I waited for 40 min. She kept saying they’re short staff. Will never go back there.my food was cold, fries were burnt

  My family and I came in for lunch and the service was amazing and the elderly gentleman at the counter was absolutely wonderful thank y'all so much for the great food and wonderful service

  Been sitting waiting to get my food for over 15 minutes . Maybe if the workers got off their phones this issue wouldn’t be going on.

  I like this Arby's. The only thing I wish is more sauce put on the food. Other then that. The food is yummy!😋

  Worst service ever! Stopped in this afternoon, we were behind one vehicle at the ordering screen, sat there for 5 minutes without any movement. Decided to go on and order when I noticed three vehicles waiting at the windows for their orders. There was one person working at a snail's pace at the windows, another person making sandwiches, one making fries, and manager standing there on her cell phone. When she looked at me standing at the counter, she went into the back. Two of the other three people looked at me and did not acknowledge me in any other way as I stood at the counter without anyone willing to take an order. I left and went to Wendy's to pick up dinner.
