  Our Door Dash can't help what they get. The order wasn't correct. I didn't get Au Jus with my French dip and fries were hard. Very terrible food.

  I had a really great experience at Arby’s, and I especially want to recognize Urijah for the excellent service. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout my visit. He made sure everything was correct, was patient and welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. It’s not every day you come across an employee who puts that much effort into providing great customer service. Urijah’s positive attitude really stood out and made my visit much better. He deserves recognition for the way he represents Arby’s and treats customers. Thank you, Urijah, for the great service! Keep up the awesome work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Service are extremely slow. 3 Families in the store, 2 cars in driv-thru and we still had to wait for food. Stopped again on our way back from a 2 hour trip (same day) hours later same issue with even less people in store and drive-thru.

  We stopped in Arby’s today on the way home from the Doctors visit and bought 6 Arby’s 1 curly fries and 2 milk shakes for $45.16 and once we got home 1 Arby was missing..we live 30 miles away & can’t go back. Poor service and high prices

  You will wait forever in the drive through for someone to take your order and I've even had them tell me (after 10 minutes) that they can't take my order. I went yesterday andordered 3 sandwiches. It was missing one and one of them wasn't even wrapped properly and wasn't even together as a sandwich. It was like they gave me sandwich ingredients and wanted me to make it. I didn't even bother going back for my missing $8 sandwich. I'm a local and this place has been steadily downhill for the last couple years in my experience. This is the incident that guarantees a permanent loss of my business. The one in Lapaz isn't an amazing Arby's, but it's currently the better option in the area.
