  Bathrooms and kitchen/cooking area was really gross and desperately needed cleaning. Trash everywhere on the floors. Staff didn’t look happy to be there and the food took a while to come out. Luckily the order was correct but the food was cold.

  The girl who took my order was very friendly. My food was cold. I was asked to pull forward while they cooked my mozzarella sticks, and they were luke warm in the center. Fries were were not warm and tasted like burnt fryer oil.

  Slow slow slow. Waited 20 minutes in drivetru. Decided to park and go in get to go order. That's was worse. There was only 2 people working. No manager around. All I wanted was a beef and cheddar with coke. I waited another 23 minutes just for that order. People was getting mad as usual, leaving as usual. They really need to just shut this one down, or do a complete overhaul with management, asst manager and the only 2 slow employees they have. Lock this store up.!!

  The food is always good the service as welll the wait time is horrible so unless u have time to wait go somewhere else
